Pet Sitter in Del Mar, California

BACKGROUND (Why I want to walk your dog and why you want me to walk your dog) I am a recent graduate of UC San Diego, currently pursuing my Master's degree in biology. I am renting a home in Del Mar, which is great except that I am unable to have my own dog. I spent my entire pre-college life with dogs in my home (allowing me tons of dog walking and dog care experience), and always loved spending time with them (who doesn't?!). As a retired four-year collegiate athlete, I spend a lot of my free time outdoors walking, running, and hiking, so I am hoping to combine my love for animals with my love for exercise by offering dog-walking (or running for more ambitious pups!) in the early mornings and evenings. LOGISTICS (When, where, and for how much $$ I will walk your dog) I am available to walk any day of the week 5:30am - 8:30am and 5:30pm - 8:00pm. I would be happy to take on dogs of all athletic capabilities: from short (~15 min) walkers to long (up to 5 mile) runners. I am also available for pet-sitting on the weekends. (I can make time for visits/playing/feeding on weekdays during the mornings/evenings, but not during the work-day!) Pay rates are negotiable. I am, of course, looking to make some extra money while I am in school, but more importantly I am looking for mutually beneficial relationships with kind people and kind doggies. :)
