Pet Sitter Job in Acworth, Georgia

I am a licensed RVT searching for another RVT (or experienced tech) to become my new pet sitter for our two cats. I had the same sitter for years and she was another RVT that I trusted completely. She has since retired and I'm now nervously looking for another sitter. As you can imagine, as an RVT of 12 years, I've seen horrors come into the hospital from pet sitters who didn't know what to look for when sitting cats (mainly things like hepatic lipidosis, constipation, dehydration, etc.). This is why I want another tech. I have also had the misfortune of having a very bad experience with a sitter with my previous cat and when I came home he had a high fever and was so dehydrated he almost died. After rushing him to the ER and hospitalizing him on fluids, I checked my apartment and saw his water bowl was bone dry. I share all this in hopes of finding a tech who understands where I'm coming from and is able to be patient and compassionate as I'm very nervous looking for a new sitter. On the plus side, if we are a good fit, you'll get frequent work from me as my wife and I love to take trips. At least 2 full weeks (sometimes 3) a year, with 3 day weekends sprinkled in.
