Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile! I provide pet care visits and dog walking in the Baton Rouge area. A standard visit is 30-45 minutes long. Typical visits may include feeding, checking water, administering medication, light cleaning, playtime, walking, potty breaks. Other things I can do for you while I am there can include watering plants, retrieving mail and packages, alternating lights, and anything else you may need me to do. Before we make the final decision about working together, I will set up a meet and greet with you and your pet where we will have a chance to meet at your home so we can discuss your needs and make sure I am a good fit. I am 35 years old, and I have over 10 years of professional pet sitting experience. I am a dependable, caring, and responsible pet sitter. I take great pride in what I do and I truly enjoy it. Let me tell you about my pet sitting experience. I began pet sitting on a consistent basis in 2007 when I began working for a family owned socialized boarding facility in Baton Rouge. In 2013 I moved to Hammond and saw the need for quality pet sitters in the area, so I decided to start my own pet sitting business. I provided pet care visits to clients’ homes as well as socialized boarding for client dogs in my home where they were allowed to interact freely with each other. I moved back to Baton Rouge in the spring of 2018. Now I provide pet care visits and dog walking. No pet boarding at this time. I have experience caring for many types of animals including dogs, cats, horses, birds, reptiles, amphibians, fish, guinea pigs, and rats. Why I love dog sitting I have been a dog lover ever since I can remember. My father was a veterinarian, so I have been around animals my whole life and always enjoyed interacting with them. We had all types of pets growing up. Dogs, cats, snakes, turtles, mice, and rats. My parents are animal lovers, and they passed it on to their 5 children for sure!
