Mark was great with my 2 dogs and cat. He immediately had my dogs, literally, eating out of his hands. My dogs can be a bit of a handful on their walks (one is a Jack/Pug mix). Mark was always on time, caring and professional. He sent me updates to let me know things were fine. It was such a relief not to worry about my pets while I was away. I highly recommend him!
