Hi there! My name is Cayla Stahley and I am a senior at the University of Washington, Seattle. I have had a great love for dogs ever since I was a child. I have been volunteering at the animal shelter in my hometown since 2009 and I have been volunteering at PAWS (the Progressive Animal Welfare Society) in Lynnwood, WA as a Thursday morning dog walker for over 6 months. There, I have been learning some basic training techniques - such as clicker training. Along with that, I have also worked as a nanny for two different families both with large, active dogs who I got along great with. Dogs respond very well to me and I have no problem in handling larger, more active/stronger dogs on the leash or in play. I understand the importance of pets in your life and would provide the utmost care and kindness to your furry friend.
