Pet Sitter in Ann Arbor, Michigan

Having grown up with many different kinds of pets and critters, I am a dedicated and experienced pet lover looking to share my love. As I am not allowed to have very many pets in my current apartment, I have missed my childhood full of furry friends, including dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, ferrets, birds, fish, chickens, livestock, and more. I started pet sitting as a way to care for the animals that I am so passionate about. I have years of experience in caring for dogs, big and small, including multiple walks a day, play time, and keeping company. As I grew up with a golden retriever, I also have experience in training and administering medicine. Cats have also been a favorite pet of mine after rescuing a few strays and taking care of my friend and family's cats during their vacations and long weekends away. It is an advantage that I have so much experience with small animals such as guinea pigs, hamsters, mice, rabbits, ferrets, some reptiles, birds, and fish, as I know it's sometimes difficult to find a trusted caretaker for these little guys. Even if I haven't dealt with a certain kind of pet before (such as spiders, snakes, or chinchillas) I am not afraid to get my hands dirty, do the proper research and take excellent care of your beloved pet. And I should mention that I was also raised on the 4H program in my hometown, dealing with numerous kinds of livestock, especially smaller farm animals such as goats and chickens. Whatever your petsitting needs are, I am happy to help whether it be a midday walk, vacation feeding, or overnight stay.
