Personal Profile: Thanks for looking at my profile! I'm Bethany! I grew up on a small farm in Tennessee and have experience with show cattle, Clydesdales, quarter horses, welsh ponies, and small animals including reptiles, amphibians, rabbits, chickens, parrots, and the list goes on. I grew up with five sisters and each one of us had our own animal interests so I grew up with all kinds of animals and know how to care for them. I miss riding horses quite a lot since moving to Missouri from Virginia. My ideal position would be to ride and exercise horses (would even consider racing) and also be a farm caretaker near Aurora, Nixa, and southern Springfield areas. I am a natural horse rider and have galloped (not just cantered- galloped!) a quarter horse bareback. I love working with horses and am very strong and capable. Description of Skills: I have paid experience caring for a small stable of horses in Palmyra, Virginia and also for a Clydesdale farm in Charlottesville, VA who also had a quarter horse and welsh pony that I rode and exercised on occasion. I have paid experience working with cattle as well. I'm a "Jill of all trades" and have a lot of job experience. At the moment I lead a landscape crew in Nixa, MO.
