Pet Sitter in Arvada, Colorado

I'm an
Individual
Hi, there my name is Rachel. I am an Arvada-certified pet sitter/ walker, certified in pet CPR, and a puppy trainer. I look forward to caring for your cuddly pets. Excited to talk to you soon! I offer doggy day drop-ins if prefer your pet to stay home versus going to a doggy daycare. The doggy day drop-in will be for 20, 30 to 45 mins visit, and it will include walking, feeding, and playtime with your pup. I look forward to hanging out with your furry pet. I do offer doggy pet sitting drop-ins. This includes longer visits 2-3 hours at a time. This will include a human companion, walking, play time, feeding, potty breaks, and getting your mail etc. I offer 3 visits per day, 5 visits per day, or 6 visits per day. The prices are different. My last visit can be 10 pm. I do early mornings! I do recommend a pet meet and greet at no charge. I will also be offering private puppy training. I can help you potty train your puppy! Your puppy will have to stay in my home in a kennel during this training, and your puppy will need its first round of shots. I will also train your puppy with the basic skills. One puppy at a time! I potty trained my puppy in 5 months. I also trained him myself. He’s 3 years old now. I love working with puppies! I love all dogs! I know puppies can be a hand full for sure. I know how much time a puppy needs. I know puppies can be a lot of work. As a puppy trainer each puppy is trained differently. It’s not one size fits all kind of training. My goal is to help you bonded with your puppy through positive reinforcement training. . My goal is for you to become your pups trainer, and teacher. It’s important for your pup to trust you (their human), and be confident in themselves (pup feeling confident), as well as you feel confident with your puppy; so both of you can live in harmony together. It’s not about training your pup with basic skills. It’s about helping the owner with basic skills, so you can understand the process of building connection with your dog. I also help train shelter dogs. I know the importance to build trust among those dogs. We don’t know their history. It’s an important part of being an amazing pet owner. Is to have those helpful tools to use, to help you the owner, and the pup. Every dog needs a second chance. They didn’t get the proper training as a pup. They will need more patience, and time to adjust in their new environment. I do recommend a pet meet and greet for pet doggy day drop-ins, pet training, and overnight stays.
