Hey there! My name is Sawyer, and I would love to take care of your furry/scaled best friend while you’re away! I am currently a graduating senior at Tulane, while also maintaining a full-time zookeeper position as well. As a career zookeeper, I have extensive husbandry experience with a wide range of taxa and species under my belt! This includes large/small mammals, reptiles, fish/amphibians, and invertebrates! I come from a background growing up with horses and dogs, and my keeper background has helped me become extremely proficient in all things animal-care! I am very comfortable performing medical treatments/administering medications in a variety of ways. With your animals, I will only ever perform treatments/husbandry in the way that is most beneficial for animal welfare and quality of life, while also following your care routine and requirements! I am located in East Carrollton (Uptown, New Orleans). My current rate for animal sitting is $50/day. This does not include overnight fees, if that were to be our situation. Due to my busy schedule, my availability at this time may be limited, so please reach out to me!
