Hello pet owners of Etobicoke! I'm Christina, your local pet sitter, and I'm here to offer my love and care to your feather or fur babies. If you're planning to go out of town or just need someone to look after your pets for a day, I'm here to help. A little about me: From the time I was a baby, I grew up knowing the joys of having a dog in the family. This probably led me to keep working with them! I have years of experience working with shelter dogs at the, and some experience working at a dog daycare. It was fulfilling work, but I realized my style of care is better suited for one-on-one or small group of pets, rather than the large groups at daycare businesses. This is what led me to offer my services as a pet sitter! I know that every animal is different, and I believe care should adapt to suit the animal, in every aspect. I have a lot of experience with dogs that have stranger-danger anxiety, separation anxiety, are more 'difficult', and a variety of other personalities that require patience and understanding. My specialty is in meeting the unique needs and understanding that special personality of each animal, so that they get what they need, rather than a 'one size fits all' approach. My services: Currently my experience is in dogs, and birds (I have had my own lovely canary, Camomile, for 7 years now), with a minor amount of experience in small mammals like hamsters (which I've also had the pleasure of having). I am able to provide care where you are located for any animals I have mentioned, or provide boarding for birds and small mammals (I cannot board dogs). Availability and fee: Currently I work from home as a freelancer, making me uniquely able to give your pet a large amount of attention as a pet sitter. My services are set at 50$ per day, but I want to negotiate what is a reasonable price for your situation, so the range is realistically between 30-50$ per day.
