Search CALMTraining) Hi, my name is Heather and I have a Siberian Husky who has been my companion for 11 years now, as well as two cats who I adopted from the shelter as kittens, both now 3 years old. I also have two Shih-Tzu's who are a year and a half old. I have 2 years experience working at a pet resort caring for many different breeds or dogs, cats, and exotic animals. I am canine CPR certified. I currently work for an online pet supply store specializing in USA brand products and I am currently in school to be a professional dog trainer. I have experience with senior dogs/cats as well as pets with special needs. My older sister, Melissa, also helps me out. She is a dog groomer with experience working with a range of dogs. Between the two of us we are able to be sure your fur-babies are always provided attention while you are away! While your "fur"-babies are in our care they will be kept as close to your schedule as possible. If we are pet-sitting, whether it be for the day or over-night care, we do offer a complimentary long walk each day as well as going over basic commands with them. Why I love dog sitting I've had dogs ever since I was born, I couldn't imagine life without them. I've had experience with quite a few breeds growing up and many more since working at a pet resort. I'm comfortable handling dogs as small as teacup yorkies all the way up to mastiffs. My experience administering medication I am comfortable administering oral medication with or without needing to hide the pill in something, but I am unable to do injections.
