As your house-sitter my responsibility is to maintain the security and structure of your home and possessions while you are away. What you should know about me is that I am a friendly, hard-working individual with a true sense of honesty and integrity. House-sitting duties include but are not limited to: collecting mail daily, turning lights on/off in the interior/exterior of your home, keeping a vehicle parked in your driveway (upon request), watering indoor plants, maintaining the landscape of your home (exterior/seasonal decor, watering lawn, caring for your garden, removing weeds or leaves, basic pool maintenance), removing trash as needed/as often as requested, performing household tasks, maintaing the cleanliness of your home (cleaning, deep cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and cleaning up dishes), answering and/or forwarding phone messages, paying bills on your behalf (upon request) and completing all other household tasks requested. Being the animal lover that I am; it is second nature for me to provide tender loving care toward your pet(s). I'm comfortable caring for cats and dogs alike with the experience gained from nurturing pets of my own. As your house/pet sitter you can trust me to perform the following duties: spending quality time nurturing your pet(s) and assuring their well-being and happiness, feeding your pet(s) as much and as often as requested, meeting any special dietary/medicinal needs (upon request), providing water to your pet(s), cleaning litter boxes and cages regularly, taking your pet on walks/physical activity or play, taking your pet to grooming appointments and completing all other pet-sitting related tasks requested. As the pet owner your responsibility is to provide me, your pet-sitter, the appropriate amount of food, maintenance and care materials for your pet throughout the duration of your time away. In exchange for safeguarding your home while you are away, the house-sitter expects to live in a rent-free accommodation (if the assignment is long-term). Enjoy both the convenience and peace of mind in knowing your home is occupied by a trustworthy and caring house-sitter. Rest assured knowing that your pet(s) are being cared for in the familiar and safe environment of their home. Upon hiring me as your house and or pet-sitter, we can meet and discuss your standards and expectations. We will put the rules and expectations for your home/property/possessions/pet as well as terms and conditions in writing. From there we will sign a House Sitting Written Contract/ Mutual Agreement. This ensures liability on behalf of both parties; home-owner/pet-owner and the house-sitter/pet-sitter. As a professional house sitter, I am willing to commit to both short-term and long-term assignments. I am also willing negotiate rent-free accommodations as well as paid accommodations in exchange for house/pet-sitting services. Be comfortable in knowing that the person taking care of your home and pet has a clean background and a trustworthy character. Background and drug screening are welcomed.
