Pet Sitter in Covington, Kentucky

Hello, my name is Rebeccah Bowery, and the one thing I should start off with is that I have always been a very huge animal lover! Ever since I was born, I've been around animals of more common variety from cats to dogs to even fish and a fresh-water crab. I've seen and taken care of cats that have given birth multiple times, and currently I own a ten-year-old Yorkshire-Poodle mix, and a soon to be 8-year-old tabby cat. I always make sure that my pets have the best care possible, including taking my dog for walks only when the condition won't make her uncomfortable, giving her baths and making sure that she always goes out when she needs to, in order to do her business. When my cat wouldn't eat frequently enough to keep him well nourished, I personally went out of my way - and slightly out of budget - to make sure that he would be able to have regular feedings via an automated feeder that will give him a meal every 4-5 hours. Since I've purchased the feeder, he's back up to a normal weight and very happy. To say that animals have been a constant part of my life would be very accurate, and even when I did not actually have animals in my house, I was reading up on them - learning about breeds and their needs, what potential health concerns I would need to pay attention to, habitats and history on the breeds... and I'm still learning even today about things I never thought I would ever get the opportunity to learn! I would love to become a pet sitter full time so that I can work with one of my two biggest passions, which is being around animals. I'm willing to be available currently for afternoon visits to make sure your pets are doing fine, are well fed and watered, and to give them the attention and exercise that they might need while you're away. However, if this goes well for me, I will also be available to house sit for extended periods of time where applicable.
